The University of Southern Philippines Foundation, also known as USPF, is a university that was founded in 1927. Located in Cebu City, Philippines, the main campus is Mabini Campus and it also operates at the Lahug Campus. The president is Alicia P. Cabatingan and the principal is Basilides Bandajon.
The Mabini Campus also has a kindergarten, elementary, high school, and a review center for engineers.
